As you know i am purchasing silicon materials,
if you have any information, please let me know,
i will offer you a very nice price.
Here are the details of our purchasing list :
Silicon ingot or chunk , granule, powder
Semi or Solar grade, mono or multi crystalline, 6N or above 6N
Silicon wafer
Semi or Solar grade, mono or multi crystalline,
Thickness: 200 micron to 800micron
Silicon-scrap material from Solar or IC industry
Such as : Top & Tail, Pot Scrap, Broken Wafers , Crack Block and etc.
Specification required
Above 0.5 ohm-cm ,
bare , coated or patterned , qurartz removed or not.
Size: above 10mm*10mm
Broken cell
Efficiency above 10%
1/2 or 1/4 pieces for small solar module use
Smaller pieces( above 10mm*10mm ) for remelt use
Low Resistivity IC wafers
Below 0.5ohm-cm
For micro-electronic use
whole wafer with one side polished and another side bare
whole wafer with double side polished
